REFUND POLICY

I do my best to represent the colours correctly in artworks however colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork.

 

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered simply for change of mind.

Shannon uses professional quality mediums, however all artworks are subjected to aging, you may notice colours slightly fade over the years. There is no returns for aging artwork. 

 

PRINTS - All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment.

These will be covered by shipping insurance. 

If your package arrives damaged in transit please don’t worry, all our freight is insured.

Here’s what to do:

Take photos of:

The external box.
The shipping label on the box.
The damage to the artwork/frame or fault in the print.

Please send all photos to me via email shanpyattart@gmail.com within 7 days  of receiving your artwork so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
